CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

30 Day Money Back Guarantee                Free Return Shipping

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee so you can feel confident ordering the eyelashes and that they match the pictures we provide.  The intent is to allow you to see and touch the product and compare it with other brands.  The guarantee does not cover product that has been used.

We will gladly process a return for unopened and unused items, defective items and products damaged during shipping within 30 days of the original ship date.  Packs/Bundles can only be returned in its entirety with all items unused.  Unused products from a pack/bundle or partially unused packs/bundles can not be returned.

For domestic U.S. customers, we offer free return shipping via a prepaid return shipping label.  Free return shipping is not available for international customers, APO/FPO and US Territories.  For any unopened and unused items, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the product upon receipt and inspection of the product.  Shipping is non-refundable.

For defective products and products damaged during shipping, we will require a picture of the defect or damage and provide you a prepaid return shipping label for the defective/damaged product.  Upon receipt and inspection of the return product, we will refund your credit card for the original product purchase price.  If you would like to order replacements, a free shipping code will be provided to you so you can order your replacements.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We do not offer exchanges, however you can return unopened and unused items for credit within 30 days of the original ship date.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PACKAGE IS LOST?

A package may get lost when incorrect contact information is provided or mishandled by the carrier.  In the event the package is returned to us, we will reship the package to you with an additional shipping charge.  If the package is lost (which means tracking information does not show delivery), we are required to wait 30 days before a case with the carrier can be opened.  If the carrier approves a reimbursement we will issue you a credit.  The process with the carrier to approve a lost package can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days.  If a lost package is not approved by the carrier, Crave Lashes is not responsible and will not issue a refund.  Once the tracking information on a shipment shows delivered, Crave Lashes is no longer responsible and the package is not considered lost.  It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a safe delivery address for your order.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

We will require pictures of the shipping box and the contents so a claim can be processed with the carrier.  Once the claim with the carrier is approved, we will issue a refund.  If the claim is not approved, Crave Lashes is not responsible and will not issue a refund.  If you fail to provide us pictures of the shipping box and contents within 7 days of our request, we will not be responsible and will not issue a refund.
